1. Admission & Fees
The registration process involves the submission of required documents and payment of fees.
- The registration fee of ₹20,000 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Tuition fees must be paid in installments as per the schedule provided at the time of admission.
- Delay in fee payment may result in a penalty or suspension from classes.
2. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline and decorum within the institute premises.
- Mobile Phones & Electronic Gadgets: Use of mobile phones, earphones, or any entertainment devices is strictly prohibited in classrooms and library areas.
- Attendance: 85% attendance is mandatory. In case of absence, parents must inform the administration.
- Any form of ragging, bullying, or misconduct will lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.
Strict Note: Career Xone reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student found violating the disciplinary rules.
3. Study Material & Intellectual Property
All study materials, including modules, DPPs, and test papers provided by Career Xone, are the intellectual property of the institute.
- Materials are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.
- Unauthorized distribution of our content is a legal offense.
4. Test Series & Performance
Regular tests are conducted to monitor student progress.
- Attendance in Sunday Tests (Part Test / Full Syllabus Test) is compulsory.
- Test results and attendance reports will be shared with parents via our Mobile App / SMS.
- Students performing consistently low may be called for special counseling sessions with parents.
5. Communication Policy
We believe in transparent communication with parents regarding their ward's progress.
- We will contact parents via SMS, Phone Calls, and WhatsApp regarding attendance, fees, and test scores.
- It is the parent's responsibility to update their contact details in case of any change.
6. Refund Policy
Once admission is confirmed, the seat is reserved for the student for the entire academic year. Therefore, fees once paid are not refundable or transferable to another student.
7. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of the admission process or institute rules is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gondia, Maharashtra only.
